Vitamin Overdose of 52 year old white male

I have taken 2 to 4 Flinstones Chewable vitamins per day in recent months. I have taken at least one per day for several years. I assumed they might be good for me and couldn't possibly do any harm. I am a full grown (190 pound) man and thought that vitamins for kids couldn't possibly cause any problems.
Recently, I have begun to have tingling/numb hands and arms. This has gone on for several months and has gotten worse in recent weeks.
Last night, I noticed a very clear blue tint to both of my hands. They are tingling and numb. My feet are also tingling and somewhat numb. My hands are still blue today.
I Googled this condition and think that I just might have taken a Vitamin B6 overdose. I plan to stop taking the vitamins and see if that makes a difference.
I am 5' 10", 190 pounds, and very physically active. I drink huge quantities of water with every meal. I am 52 years old. It is possible that I am also beginning to have symptoms of Diabetes type 2. I had a fasting blood sugar test a year ago. It was 99 (not sure of the unit of measure).
